I'd like to set the end url conditional on how survey participants respond to a preceding yes/no type question. Is this possible?

You could use the expression manager to select the URL.

On a yes/no question place a similar code like this into the EndURL field:
Change the SGQA Code to your Yes/No-Question and change the URLs.
And ensure that the Yes/NO is forced to be answered.

Instead of using the SGQA code better use the question code. That also makes your code portable.

Is the Questioncode supported when filling variables via URL too?

In the latest 2.05 version this should also work if you use correct and unique question codes.
