Is it possible when exporting your survey to let it not show the bars 'unanswered' and 'not shown' (or however it's called in English)?

Oh, and is it normal you cannot make Limesurvey create an Excel file with graphs? Only HTML and PDF?

No, when exporting the data, you will get all selected columns.

There is no way to "export" the statistics but you can save them as images - www.limesurvey.org/manual/Statistics#Graphs
