I am a LimeSurvey noob and I am struggling with the following issue: how do you create dichotomous 5-point choice scales on a survey? For example:


How did X situation made you feel?

happy __ : __ : __ : __ : __ sad


I do not have admin priviledges on my account and I am kind of stuck. Do I have to ask for my admin to create this type of scale or am I able to do it myself, even if I do not hold admin priviledges?
