Dear Lime Survey Team,

I have question like bellow

Q1. Is 1st Process safe?
[1]Yes [single]
[11] continue process[Single]
[12] Continue with note[Single]
[2]No [Single]

Q2. Is 2nd Process safe?
[1]Yes [single]
[11] continue process[Multiple]
[12] Continue with note[Multiple]
[2]No [Single]

in Q1 and Q2, if i select Yes answer, sub answer [11 and 22] will expand.
but if i select No Answer Sub answer [11 and 22]

Q1 all answer is single answer
Q2 Sub answer of "YES" is multiple

how to make question like this?

Regards,

jajS

I think this would be best done by simply placing the "sub answers" in separate questions after Q1 and Q2 and use relevance or conditions to show/hide them as required.

You could use JavaScript to move the "sub answers" into Q1 and Q2 but it would get very involved and I think confusing for the respondent.

As I said, this is best done with separate questions.
