Can I force all survey's to have the same administrator's email address?

Can I force all survey's to have the same administrator's email address? was created by offlabs
My goal is simple, every "last" page of a survey should have the same email address but I have multiple people who are creating them / have created them. How can I go back and modify 100s of these as well as force the same email address for the future?

PS - i would prefer not going through the database and using SQL / opening 100s of these up. Any ideas?
