I have attached an image. In that image there is a table with 7 columns and 4 rows. I want to display this table as it is after a question of type (multiple choice).

Is is possible with question type (equation). If yes then please tell me how..??

If you just want to show the table as information without having the user to enter anything there, just use the integrated editor. There is a button to add a table:
