My survey expired and I cannot seem to open it to look at the results any longer. How can that be done?

By the way, the survey is still listed, but it is under the subcategory of Expired, and selecting it does nothing to change the screen options.

Thanks.

This is weird, because expired surveys should be accessible without a problem.

I have several "expired" surveys and I can download results, etc.

I answer at the LimeSurvey forum in my spare time, I'm not a LimeSurvey GmbH employee.

Do you think it might be something I've done in my environment?

CentOS 6.5, latest LimeSurvey, Firefox 27.0 on Fedora 20 and Xfce 4.10.1.

That is very hard to say.

How do you try to access the expired surveys? Via the dropdown to the top right or via the overview table with all surveys?

Can you access other surveys?

Maybe you accidentally de-activated (and re-activated) the survey before letting it expire?

Which Limesurvey version do you use?

But even then he should be able to access the survey, shouldn't he? From what I understood he can't even access the surveys.

Correct, holch. Because of mentioning the survey results,. I thought that was the real problem.

KitchM, is there any error message?

What exactly happens, what is the work-flow/links you click?

How do other surveys behave?

What happens if you remove the expiry date?

Best regards/Beste Grüße,

Thank you everyone. Here's exactly what I do:
1. Log in
2. Select from the Surveys drop-down list:
Please choose....
Expired
My Survey

3. I would get nothing different on the screen except that My Survey was in the selection box.

However.....
I just tried it a couple times again, and it came up like it was supposed to. Go figure.

I had something like this happen the other day with CMSMS, where part of the screen was inactive. Couldn't select a darn thing. And that went away today too.

It must be an evironmental clitch, and I'll bet you anything that it is almost imposible to nail down. Is it server or is it local? But either one would be bizarre. Why would it do it over and over again in one day, but not another, even when everything else seems to work fine? Web pages displayed fine, backup processes worked fine and e-mail worked fine. On the local machine everything else worked fine. I've seen some weird stuff over the years, but it gets annoying real fast.

Oh well, thank you all very much. I appreciated your thoughtful and fast response.

That really sounds weird, but if it is solved, just forget about it :-)
