Through www.example.com/survey/ , everybody can know how many surveys are there in the web site? Can I hidden the page?

First : never use existing website for link. And this one is porn ! Please, put attention !!! :pinch:

And for the solution:
- Create your own template (copy an existing template)
- Select "Survey list page"
- Edit surveylist.pstpl file, remove {SURVEYLISTHEADING} and {SURVEYLIST}
- Set this template the default template in Global settings
