Perhaps I'm just not asking the right question in my searches but I want to send an email to everyone who has a 'saved responses' survey to remind them they have a partially completed survey - please finish!
I can't work out how to do that, short of copying the individual emails into an email program.
That's a shame since the system does sent out the email to people who save their partially completed survey which includes the token to get back in. It would be great to be able to resend that with just the extra 'reminder' element.
Ah well - future options. Thanks Tony for clarifying, Lloyd.
Further on this one Tony, is it possible to get access to the "Saved Responses" table? One of my respondents made an error in his email (hoitmail not hotmail) and thus didn't receive the token needed. Any way to fix this - or just start again and I delete his saved?
Yes I was hoping to do that, but when I go into token management it advises that "Tokens have not been enabled for this survey - do you want to turn them on" which I don't as the only tokens generated I believe are when people save their survey. So I'm a bit stumped.
if you know some SQL you should be able to extract the needed information from the saved_control table in the database... Do you know SQL and have access to the database?
