I have the following issue. I have to ask a large number of people to answer a survey I currently have on Lime Survey.
This is a process my company follows every six months or so since a couple of years ago. But this time it happened that a lot of users to which I sent the Lime Survey URL, replied me back to tell me that the URL was bloqued by the security software of their company and that they could not access.
Unbloquing the URL is unfortunatelly not an option.
I believe that this issue is affecting 200 of my (intended) respondents.
Here goes my question: is there any way I can share the survey as an attachement, in a format so that the person can complete it in his/her computer, send it back; and that I can afterwards upload (with the answers) to Lime Survey?
What is strange is that a security software blocks your URL. You should digg into this. Is your server configuration suspicios? Does it have to do with Limesurvey itself?
I have never heard of such a case.
Maybe switching to a different URL might be a solution?
I answer at the LimeSurvey forum in my spare time, I'm not a LimeSurvey GmbH employee.
