I already found a few topics on this forum and on google. But I'm unable to find THE solution.

I have a survey with 954 questions (not everyone has to pass each question ).
Due to server problems, I had to switch to another server during the first week of the survey. This means that I have 3021 responses on one server and 947 on the second one.
As you can see, a lot of data.

This hugh amount of data causes a lot of problems when exporting and merging both survey's.

• When I use export VV (only complete answers - csv - last VV version): I see a page with error: Page nog found.
• When I use export to program (csv - only complete answers): I see a white page. Each combination I use within which questions I want to export or how many responses. I only see the white page.

Does somebody have experience with this?

HI,

Maybe you are facing some server limits... If I were you, I'll try to export the entire database via PhpMyAdmin and then reimport it into a similar local installation. Probably you 'll be more lucky exporting vv files

BTW, please indicate the LS version you are using .

Maybe something with memory (PHP need more memory).

Please activate debug (debug=2 in config.php)

I got this message: Foutcode: ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND
But the page exists, when I try with less enteries, everything works fine.

I changed max_execution_time to 600s and memory_limit is on the maximum, 128M.

Does somebody have another solution?
