Hi All. Can anyone help with this one. We're new to Limesurvey and see its potential. We do see a potential limitation however.
We are trying to make a question optional BUT without having the 'no answer' on the screen. Can this be hidden? Any help would be appreciated.... :woohoo: :woohoo:

This is something that you can change in the GUI.

Global Settings -> Presentation -> "Show 'no answer' option for non-mandatory questions:"

There you can decide if it should be shown or not (for the whole installation) or if the survey admin can decide for each survey (which is what I do, gives more flexibility to the survey admin). See here in the manual: www.limesurvey.org/manual/Global_settings#Presentation

If the survey admin can choose, you'll find in the survey settings of each survey the option 'Show "No answer"' in the tab 'Presentation & Navigation'.
