How can I add a participant to the database during a survey?

No, not really. I just want to add one person to the list of participants in the imported database.

When one imports a csv formated file of names and addresses to use in a survey, one gets a database of participants. I just want to add another participant to that database.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Nevermind. Here's the solution:

Open program>choose survey>Central participant database panel>Display participants. Then select the tiny little plus mark at the bottom left of the list. It is very difficult to find, but hover-over displays "Create new participant".

A little obscured, but it appears to work.
