How can I get the End URL to return the 'Last name' from the Tokens table?

I've tried the following without any luck:

www.domain.com/congratulations?var1={SAV...&var4={PASSTHRU:Last  name}
www.domain.com/congratulations?var1={SAV...={PASSTHRU:Last_name }
www.domain.com/congratulations?var1={SAV...{SID}&var4={PASSTHRU :}

Also tried with no luck

www.domain.com/congratulations?var1={SAV...{SID}&var4={LASTNAME }
www.domain.com/congratulations?var1={SAV...var4={TOKEN:LASTNAME }

That's odd, this works for me:

https://domain.com?lastname={TOKEN:LASTNAME}

Hopefully, TOKEN:LASTNAME can be used only in NOT anonymous survey.
