please note that the template that fvanderstarre mentioned and that is developed by my company, will only work on version 2.06 (or. 2.6 LTS) of LimeSurvey. That is not the most recent version. We are in the process of developing a template for version 3.x of LimeSurvey.

We will not develop for 2.5x or 2.6x, since we believe that as soon as version 3.0 is available, this will be the one to use.
