Here's what I want to do:

Q1: Please list top 3 devices that you use frequently

if participant response was ABC, DEF, GHI then

<Start loop>Q2: Please rate your experience using [Pipe Device Name Here, i.e. ABC] on the following scales (subquestions)

<loop thrrough same set of scales for each of the 3 devices>
<end>

You can create several subsequent groups for the "looped" questions.

There is no looping feature at Limesurvey. You have to create an according number of follow up questions and can then use conditions and SGQA placholders (see docs.limesurvey.org/SGQA+identifier&stru...tions+for+LimeSurvey ) to conditionally show/hide questions and list the device the current question refers to.
