I'm using Version 2.50+ Build 160810 but I don't see the Reuse Tokens feature. I looked under General Settings & Texts and then under Tokens. Am I overlooking it?
Look for "uses left". You can set the number of uses of a token when creating the token table or you can adapt this by editing the token in the token list later.

First of all, there is the feature of "Allow multiple responses or update responses...". That is one option.
Or you do as I said and when creating the token table (e.g. when uploading the CSV file, you adapt the "uses left") or once the tokens are created you go into the token list and edit the uses left. You are just looking in the wrong section. Go to the participant menu. I would need to log into my old installation to see the exact wording.

This should work, if uses left is positive, the link should be usable. But then you are using a version that is almost 2 years old. This might be a bug in your specific version. Don't know.

Set completed to N, if i remind with use left > 1 it's not set to N until use left is at 0.
