We have around 1Lac+ respondent details ,we need create the dynamic link for each respondent then respondent click on that link and filled the survey
"Lac" is not really a measure many people are familiar with, had to look this up. So 1 Lac / Lakh seems to be referring to 100.000.
Ok, so when you talk about 100k+ "respondent details", does this mean you have 100k different details about each respondent or you have 100k+ respondents and you would wish to create a link for each of them?
You will need to create a participant table and you can upload your respondents via CSV file.

Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).

are there any restrictions in your LS plan that you can't create your 100.000+ participants into the participants table? (Please, don't use indian numerals - Lac)
But if you do not have the "Corporate" plan, you may run into the restriction of answers/year.
