A respondent reached out: she was confronted with a time out

Of an open survey (so no personalized links) consisting of 23 pages (groups) she had finished 7 pages. I can find her response in the database.

How can I help her finishing the survey? Preferably without her needing to re-fill the previously given answers.

Without a token based link? I don't think it is possible.

There is a data entry screen, you might be able to use that somehow...

Too bad. I was hoping somehow to construct a url with the seed and ID of the respondent to be able to lead the respondent back to the unfinished survey.

I think (without too much technical knowledge) that this could be possible, if it were implemented....
