Hello everyone,I’ve been experimenting with different ways to make surveys more interactive and engaging, and I had an idea I wanted to run by the community.Recently, I came across a word puzzle concept similar to “Letter Boxed,” where users form words using letters arranged around a box with certain constraints. It got me thinking — could something like this be recreated inside LimeSurvey using its logic and conditional features? From what I understand, LimeSurvey is quite powerful when it comes to conditions, relevance equations, and dynamic question flow , so I was considering a structure like:
- Displaying grouped letters (like sides of a box)
- Letting users input words step-by-step
- Using conditions/relevance to validate inputs or guide the next step
- Tracking progress or limiting invalid sequences
Of course, I realize LimeSurvey is mainly designed for surveys rather than games, but since it supports fairly advanced logic and conditional display of questions , I’m curious how far this could be pushed.Has anyone here tried building something more “interactive” or game-like within LimeSurvey?
Would this be feasible, or would the platform limitations make it too complex?Any ideas, suggestions, or examples would be really helpful! Thanks in advance
