As adman i wish  to add new type of question for other users to use without accessing the server .

i see in  question templet  option of adding ZIP file but i have no idea how to build the question and add it to the  Questions list to be used by other users in my organization.


the kind of  Q I WANT TO ADD IS SHORT TEXT WITHE VALDATION SUCH AS FOR PHONE NUMBER.

Question themes are done for the visual part; you don't have the logic part, server control.

Then you can add some system to help user to put phone number, but no way to control if phone is valid.

An example : gitlab.com/SondagesPro/QuestionTheme/EmailInput replace the input type='text' by an input type='email' for short text questoion.
