I know that this topic has been discussed here many times and for various data types, but I have searched the forum and cannot find the simplest solution for the current version of LS. I am unable to adapt the earlier solutions to my table therefore, I would like to ask for your help.

I need to add a column for entering text values to a regular table, as shown in the illustration. That is, for each row I want a text response (Q2) and a single-choice response (Q1). I'm attaching lss with the two (separate) questions.
