Hello,
I need your help or someone you can solve this for me... as they wirte here id could solve in minutes
I need a new Survey for all of our customers (round about 500 each year) but they should start the survey only once after the enter a password - or an other way..
For that I need a tool to create automatically useres and the password and I can send the Link with these information to our customers. If I send 100 eMail I will see how many of them gave feedback if this is possibel.
1. Login page (every login should be counted as positiv)
2. greeting page
3. a query to see if participants will take part in the survey (yes, no - if no goto end page)
3. some information about the person (age, gender, why they are here)
4. selection why they have been in our driving school (15 select buttons)
5. depending on the selection (More than one selection can be made), the actual survey begins and each selection comes one after the other.
6. end page with submit button
Can someone help me and implement this?
I will then complete the rest and add the questions.
