I use Limesurvey version 6.15.19 locally. 
My goal is this:
If you think of us as a holding company, I have 1000 subsidiaries. I want to create one survey and post the survey QR code at the entrance of each company. Customers visiting that company will fill out the survey, and the results will be sent to the email address of the company whose QR code was scanned.
However, the problem is: How do I generate 1,000 QR codes for one survey? And when I change one question in the survey, I want it to change in all of them. I don't want to create 1,000 different surveys. In this case, if I change one question, I'll have to change it in the remaining 999 surveys as well.I apologize for my poor English.

Different solution 

1: use participant table
- Create a 1000 participant (one for each company)
- Disable  www.limesurvey.org/manual/Participant_se...response_persistence  token-based response persistence
- Create one separate QR code for each token 
- use {TOKEN:EMAIL} in Admin Notifications Email

2 : use prefuill url
- Create a single choice hidden question COMPANYEMAIL
- Use  www.limesurvey.org/manual/URL_fields#Pre...using_GET_parameters to prefill this quetsion by the good code
- use {COMPANYEMAIL} in Admin Notifications Email
