Hello, I've been wondering if one solution is possible in LimeSurvey and have failed to see anything about it in the manual or the forum.

Context: My users come both from my department - with full survey visibility and editing settings, as well as I have some users from other departments whom I've added as guest users (it's a set role and their settings are shown on the screenshot - anything that would be below where the screen ends, aside from the very botttom row, is unselected). Additionally each department gets it's own user group. Right now, due to guest level of access settings a guest user can create a survey only he/she sees, and then for each survey he/she can add the other users from their department/group.

Is there any way/setting combo/plugin that the users from a group could automatically see all the other surveys made by different users of that group but not the surveys of the other groups? The current solution is problematic as guest users often forget to add the other users or don't do it before taking a leave, so a survey remains unavailable to their coworkers for an extended period of time.

Coworkers from my department keep telling me this setting was possible on our old instance (3.16, own hosting), but we have not been able to reproduce that solution on our current one. If any of you could confirm that it's impossible or find a workaroung I would be immensely grateful.
