I would like to display a specific response text (e.g., “Incorrect answer”) whenever a participant selects an incorrect option for the question named "CC3". This feedback should appear immediately for each incorrect choice, but not before. Additionally, the survey should only allow participants to proceed to the next question when the correct answer option has been selected. How can I configure this in LimeSurvey?
