Hello,We are planning to upgrade from LimeSurvey 5.x (production) to 6.14 (dev server) and found a possible bug related to Survey Groups permissions.Scenario:In LS5, a user who is owner of a Survey Group could add permissions for other users in that group (via the “Add permissions” section) without being superadmin, as long as they had the correct Survey Group permissions.

In LS6.14, the “Add permissions” dropdown to select a user is only visible for superadministrators.Granting the “Superadministrator” global permission immediately makes the dropdown visible. Removing all other permissions and keeping only “Superadministrator” still allows the dropdown to appear. I tried to add other permssions to the users, but none of them worked in order to make that Dropdown menu visible.

I guess a Survey Group owner (or a user with the proper Survey Group update/manage permissions) should be able to add permissions to that group without requiring the superadministrator role.

Is this a known change or a regression in LS6?

Picture shows LS6.14 (Left) and LS5 (Right). The Dropdown menu is missing. Permissions for the user are the same in both versions.
