This is not true if you export with question codes instead of question names.

Ah, I get what you mean now. I think it's a language thing. In the german version the question names are also called codes:

 

I think if you tick the setting I've marked here you get the "codes" you mean. Like Q00,G01Q02_SQ001,G01Q02_SQ002,G01Q02_SQ003,G02Q03,interviewtimegroupTime771Q00Time,G01Q02TimegroupTime,772G02Q03Time

But I'm pretty sure I tried codes like that and they didn't export the answers.
