Ah, I get what you mean now. I think it's a language thing. In the german version the question names are also called codes:

 

I think if you tick the setting I've marked here you get the "codes" you mean. Like Q00,G01Q02_SQ001,G01Q02_SQ002,G01Q02_SQ003,G02Q03,interviewtimegroupTime771Q00Time,G01Q02TimegroupTime,772G02Q03Time

But I'm pretty sure I tried codes like that and they didn't export the answers.

No, there it is about "ExpressionScript", so when you use expression script code in the question text, you can hide or include it in the export.
