Hello,
is it possible to limit the possible answers per level? So that you can only give three points for Senior Expert, three points for Expert and three points for Basic level. (see attachment). I used the Matrix (Point Evaluation)-Question for this. 

At the moment I have the free version, but if it is possible I could order premium.
