I want display 2 question in a single screen without Format :-Group by Group but i want display 2 question in a single screen in the Format :-Question by Question\
But i knew that if created the many group so it can possible but i need this in the format Question by Question i need display this for some specific question

What do you think why it is called "question by question"? It is not called "two questions by two questions"
And therefore we always recommend to display "group by group" with only one question per group.
This way the respondent has a look&feel like "question by question", but you have very flexible options (more than one question per group - as you want to do, merging questions by javascript or css, and so on)
