There are some previous topics about this issue but it is so difficult for me, a new user.
Currently, some settings are as photos.
I created a free shorttext question code FQ30 to collect email from public respondents already and I want to send these public respondents their survey answer.
How can I do? I even not see where is the access code to access the survey and don't know how to create the place holder and everything. So panic because I should send the survey soon.. 
Can someone please help me?

You can use the admin notifications (in your 3rd screenshot) to send an admin email. Instead of a fixed email, you can use a placeholder. Let's say the quesiton where you ask for the email has the code "email", you can include the respondent's email via {email}. In your case the email is stored in FQ30, so you must use {FQ30}.

Then you can adapt the admin email template (in the email template section) according to what you want to send to the respondent and how it should look like.

You can use expression manager/script to include the responses you want to show them.

So panic because I should send the survey soon.

If you do something you have never done before, you need to consider more time for doing so. Never good to try to implement a more advanced feature you don't know with a tight timeline.

I can do it already. There is only a little matter here. In the {ANSWERTABLE} sent to respondents having the referrer URL. But if the respondents click on, it will require Administration log in information. How can we delete that link in the email sent to respondents?

Hi, what do you mean by "reference URL" in the {answertable}
Was it a typo and you wanted to write "referrer URL"? This  is only the URL from where te participant called the survey.
Might be of interest if you inserted the link to the survey on several websites, and want to know now, from which one most of the particpants accessed your survey.

And as this is an admin notification it is obvios that you have to enter your credentials when trying to access the admin part of the survey

To be honest, you don't want to send something like this to your participants.

So create a good looking and appealing design and enter the questions and answers by ExpressionScript.
