I never saw it before.

How do you expect support, if obviously you do not want to help us to help you.
Never (in none of  your -about a dozen- topics) you answered (no, you ignored and removed)  these important questions:

• Which LimeSurvey version do you use
• Where is it hosted (do you have your own webspace, is it hosted by your emplayer, by your university, is it the Community edition or the LimeSurvey GmbH hosted SaaS)
• Which theme do you use (A plain standard theme - bootswatch, fruity, fruity 23, vanilla - or an extended theme)

What do you think why these questions appear each time you start a new topic?

Currently I am using Bootswatch theme, It is a self hosted, and the version is abov 6.

Have a look at the "Complete" page  of an extended Bootswatch theme in the Theme Editor.

Did you install LS yourself or did you use a third party 1-click-installation (sometimes offered by your webhoster)

I don't think you can remove the last page completely. Once you click on "submit" it will go to this page. It is necessary for the survey to be finished. But if you don't want this page to be shown, you can use the END URL with a automatic redirect to a different website, then respondents won't see this page.

I never saw this, neither in all my installations nor in the SaaS nor in the demo installation.

Maybe, but the question is "How to remove the end page".

I also have never seen that and I wouldn't expect that on the community edition, only maybe in Limesurvey hosting.

But as long as we do not get a reasonable and specific question, I need to assume that OP wants to remove the end page, which is not possible.
