you know that there is no subquestion relevance in ranking questions.
So:

The subquestion codes used in the first question must coincide with the subquestion codes from the second one. Otherwise, the array filter function will not filter the answers to the first question. Note: When you want to filter the "other" answer option from the first question, you need to provide a subquestion for this answer in the second question and the subquestion code for this answer needs to be "other". - As you see 4 subquestions are selected . As these are radio buttons you can't remove a click. So the respondent can't proceed.

In my opinion it's a bit annoying that you start the question with an error message.
Don't set "Minimale Antwortzahl" to "1".
This is simply a mandatory question, the respondent must answer it.
