We want our survey participants to be able to download a PDF summary at the end. It worked in our tests (with the known formatting limitations).
It no longer works in the live version. Could this be due to the automatic redirection to our website at the end of the survey?
Do you have any ideas on how we can solve the problem?

The issue is, that the link to download the PDF is on the end page.
The automatic redirection via End URL is triggered when clicking the "send" button. So it is obvious, that your respondents won't see the link to the PDF.
So you need to choose: either you redirect them OR you allow them to download the PDF.

Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
