Basically what it says on the tin, I want to send a survey to site users, and then when they access the survey pull in their user name as a hidden field from a separate php app on the same domain.
This seems like it should be easy but a bunch of searching hasn't led me to any usable info on how to do this.
Assistance on LimeSurvey forum and LimeSurvey core development are on my free time.
