Your LimeSurvey version: 6.6.5+240924
Own server or LimeSurvey hosting: LS community own own server
Survey theme/template: Fruity TwentyThree, own child-template
==================

In our survey we have filled the usertable with name and department and created the token. We want to prefill a optionslist with the department to create a report. We did successfully fill a short text, but with we can't filter on the department then.

Is there a way to prefill the optionlist with data from the token? Or filter on "freetext" short text?

Greetings,
René Brixel

You must use 2 questions

A single choice hidden question (department for title)
An equation question using assignment : www.limesurvey.org/manual/ExpressionScri..._assignment_operator

Best is to enter code in token attribute and your equation question is {department=TOKEN:ATTRIBUTE_1}
Remind !: you need to use code of answer, not text of answers
