Hi,
I have a Array (numbers) question, with several rows and three columns. I need it to allow only one answer per column and one answer per row. Additionally, the first column must always be answered, and the third column cannot be answered if the second column is empty. On the other hand, the options "None" and "Don't know / No response" should only be available for the first column.

Maybe:

- 3 separate multiple-choice type questions
- Max answers = 1
- Array filter to hide previously chosen sub-questions
- The second and third questions hidden/shown via relevance
