I am using Version 6.6.3 on Cloud. My survey theme is Vanilla.

My issue seems like it should be easy to solve, but nothing seems to work. I have a multiple choice question called G01Q05. I then have a slider question where I want the answer to G01Q05 to be shown as one of the labels for the slider, |SetAnswer|{G01Q05.shown}

When I put {G01Q05.shown} in the question or subquestion I can see the answer, but it shows the text {G01Q05.shown} rather than the answer when I try to get it as the slider label. I have tried numerous methods of creating a placeholder and so on, but nothing seems to work.

Hopefully someone has a very simple answer. Thank you so much in advance.

I provide an example questionnaire that shows the issue. As you can see the expression manager works in the question but not in the slider label that after adding a separator. I know how to add the labels to the slider values, but I prefer to have the piped in answer on the outside.

I hope there is a simple solution. Thanks in advance.

It works fine when you just put {G00.shown} into the field. I think it might have to do something with the "|" symbol and the "semantic diferential" approach with one answer right and left doesn't allow piping the code. This might be a bug, I think.

To solve it for now, you could have various subquestions (one for each country combination, luckily you have only very few) and show/hide the respective subquestion via conditions / expression manager.

But please create a bug report. In my opinion, this should work.
