I would like to use LS as a patients health record application.
When patient comes to our clinic, we will pass them a pad to fill in their recent health data before seeing the doc.
LS can present a form with HTML data input fields, especially a TEXT field for their name, and a Submit button.
Once submitted, is it possible to store and present these data as a page using the date as title, grouped under the patient’s name? If the patient is a first timer, LS will create an entry for him/her.
