Hi there people, on this time, my question is, is there any way to use Limesurvey like a call center to do surveys via phone calls with VOIP? Years ago i try to do something but i want to know how is now this.
I mean, what i want is be able to set uo a survey, with his participants, and make calls to try to fill the survey via phone using voip extensions with the call management, calls programations, call number limits, etc, have Limesurvey ani app or similar on this way? And how can i set it up?
