Hi,
I'd like to create a registration form for an event organized by my research team. In the registration form, I'd like people to be able to identify themselves in a section (last name, first name, e-mail, organization, department) and then tell me if they'd like to take part in each of the three conferences, i.e. 3 questions with a “yes/no” response option. So far, I've had no problem structuring my questionnaire. What I'd like is for the person who fills in the form to automatically receive by e-mail the Zoom link for each of the conferences they'd like to attend. Is it possible to set up this function in the “Email Template” menu? For example, if someone wants to take part in conferences 1 and 3 only, the confirmation e-mail would contain the connection elements for these two conferences only.
Is it also possible to automatically send an e-mail when the form is sent when my form is in “Open-access mode”? My aim is to enable people to sign up without having to register in the first instance. In short, to make it as straightforward as possible.
Yes, you can.
Use several IF functions to insert the links, like
{if(QCode1=="Y",link to zoom 1,"")}
{if(QCode2=="Y",link to zoom 2,"")}
and pipe the email address of the respondent into the desired email field in "notification & data".
What did you try so far?
