You will not find many people able to help you here, since the version of LimeSurvey that your Uni uses is outdated. It was built in 2017 ( 2017 - Wikipedia ) and should not be used for data collection.

Please urge your Uni to update or try to host LimeSurvey at another server.

I certainly do not have this ancient version of LimeSurvey on a server available for testing...
