Hello everyone,

I have just activated my survey. However, when I submit it, the End message does not show up. Only a plain white page is displayed. However, when I zoom in, the message suddenly appears. What could be the problem?
Everything works with the welcome message.

The problem could be your more than 5 years old version.
Means: there might have been a bug in this special release. I doubt that anybody of us volunteers uses this one.

But we can check in a newer release of this 3.x. branch.
So send the lss export.

BTW: 3.x. is "end of life".
Consider an upgrade.

Like Joffm: The LS3 branch is EOL for quite a while now (no support, no updates, no bug fixes). And to make things worse, your version of LS3 is also far from the latest (LS3.28.77 released on 13.12.2023 was the latest version of this branch that I could find).

You can see that even the latest version is now 1,5 years old and by the version number LS 3.28.77 vs. LS 3.17.1 you can see that there must have been quite a few changes since.

As Joffm said, you can provide us with the LSS file and we can see in a more recent version of LS3 if the issue is reproducible, but in any way I highly recommend an upgrade to a recent (and supported) version of Limesurvey. Collecting data and potentially personal information with a web application that hasn't received any update, bug fix or security patch for over 5 years is not a good idea in my opinion.
