I would like to receive an email only with a summary of the answer. If someone hasn't marked the answer, I don't want it in the email.

You can also take out the standard response table placeholder and use expression script to show only the questions that are relevant to you, creating your own simple report.

Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).

Only HTML code from free text must be shown as HTML code, for choice or multiple choice : it must be text only !

The HTML being shown at the admin email is a bug which we reported a few weeks ago and which is already fixed at the latest 6.x releases.
