Hi,

Is it possible to backup the limesurvey and its data? not only an .iss but the whole survey including the data. and/or what is the difference between .isa/.iss files?

...what is the difference between .isa/.iss files?
Can be found in the manual - manual.limesurvey.org/Display/Export_survey

And by the way, it has nothing to do with the ISS (International Space Station) or ISA (International Surfing Association), but with LimeSurvey Structure/Survey (LSS) and LimeSurvey Archive (LSA).
