==================
Hi Team,
I've had a request from a user to include some extra data in the statistics or exported CSV data files.
Essentially we want to provide a way for an array question to have an overall result that includes all the subquestion results added together for that answer.
Example:
We have an array question, with 6 sub questions and 5 answers.
Each sub question outputs it's own result set, as normal. Answers are example: Strongly Agree, Agree, Disagree, Strongly Disagree, Not applicable to me.
They want to also output an aggregate result for the array question, where each of the subquestion answers are tallied into a total for that array question.
This gives us a 'sentiment' for the answer from the respondent.
Currently we are doing this in Excel, but as each array question is different (different subquestions) it's proving time consuming for the team.
I've read through the documentation, and have used LimeSurvey for 10+ years, so i'm confident that it doesn't do this out of the box, just wanted to double check if anyone has had a similar requirement, and if there was a solution.
Thanks

Add equation type questions to calculate the array "totals". These will be exported with the data.
