Please help us help you and fill where relevant:
Your LimeSurvey version: LimeSurvey Cloud Version 5.6.57
Own server or LimeSurvey hosting:
Survey theme/template:

Hi,

PI have added an image to the invitation mail and put the survey link  into iy. When I test the invitation the picture is not displayed (i should configure somethoing in Outlook to allow it). I dont want to change anything in Outlook and can display this image so *i can click on the image and access to the survey. Is it possible?

You should put in a text link. There is no way to force control of the respondents email client settings.

You need to remove the domain name from URL

The image is included in the email.

For example

<a href="@@SURVEYURL@@"><img alt="Click to go to surey" src="/limesurvey/upload/surveys/377639/images/button.jpg" /></a>

Not with my email client settings unless I purposely download images.

Not with my email client settings unless I purposely download images.
