Please help us help you and fill where relevant:
Your LimeSurvey version: [see right hand bottom of your LimeSurvey admin screen]
Own server or LimeSurvey hosting: LimeSurvey Community Edition Version 6.4.2+240115 
Survey theme/template: Vanilla

My scenario is.
When a participant clicks the URL, it auto-fills a short text filling in the name of the participant based on my other system.
