Please help us help you and fill where relevant:
Your LimeSurvey version: LimeSurvey Community Edition Version 5.6.43+231030
Own server or LimeSurvey hosting: Own server
Survey theme/template: fruity
==================
I am a beginner at Limesurvey, but want to use the system very much.

After a participant submits our survey, the user should be able to see an INDIVIDUAL REPORT of that particular response.
The report consists of calculations based ont the responses, scores, scales, etc. Probably these calculations should be made by ExpressionScript, by a programmer.

Where do you think the user will be able to access to this report in Limesurvey? For me the logical place is the "Responses" menu. Maybe an extra option to Export submenu, like "Export report", or more ideally a 5the icon?

Thankyou for your time, to answer my question.

Hi,
you may use the plugin "pdfReport".
gitlab.com/SondagesPro/ExportAndStats/pdfReport
and optionally "limeMpdf"
gitlab.com/SondagesPro/coreAndTools/limeMpdf

Design it to your needs with HTML and ExpressionScript.

Here you see the report in the response table.

Click it to see and/or download

I really need to play with that plugin. I know that it is very powerful, but never needed it. But i think it is a great addition to Limesurvey. Big thanks to DenisChenu for providing this!

Help us to help you!
 • Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
 • Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
Note: I answer at this forum in my spare time, I'm not a LimeSurvey GmbH employee.

I improve the demo survey to show methodology and sample : demo.sondages.pro/226435?newtest=Y&lang=en

I still have a long term project to create such HTML automatically to have an automatic clean pdf report, but need to construct 80 html page minimum

Ohhhhh, there it is!

Okay, this plugin is absolutely brilliant! Thank you so much. I get what the plugin does and how it works.

Denis, how did you create the link to download the pdf (the "Print your answers." link)?

It links to: demo.sondages.pro/printanswers/view?surveyid=##id##

I read the demo documents and various online resources, I think I missed the example on how to link to the pdf.

Please ignore my previous questions. I figured it out.

A few notes for any noobs:

1) If you go to DenisChenu link to his demo page, you will see that you can fill out that demo survey and submit. On the last page you will get an option to print your answer.

That is what we will get working for users, they will get a link to print their report after they hit submit.

2) The PDF report - In your survey, setup your FILE upload question and in the PDF section on the right select: REPLACE PUBLIC PRINT ANSWER.

3) Turn on PARTICIPANTS MAY PRINT ANSWERS - In your quiz, go to SETTINGS, then PRESENTATION and make sure that PARTICIPANTS MAY PRINT ANSWERS is turned on for the quiz.

Summary: Basically what happens is that you need to just let users print the answers in your quiz. This is nice but the defaults are not always what we want. Instead, then Denis AMAZING plugins are installed and activated, you tell the plugin to REPLACE PUBLIC PRINT ANSWER generated by LimeSurvey and the PDFReport plugin will automatically generate the final page and the print PDF report link.

This is amazing and very elegant.

Thank you!

As a side note, noobs should keep in mind that PDF reports are stored in the quiz it self under SETTINGS and RESPONSES. There is a link on that page for the generated PDF report.

I believe LimeSurvey keeps the pdf reports around. I have to check in on the security around these pdf reports, whether or not the urls are guessable and so forth. I will post here what I find out. If anyone knows, please feel free to add.

I hope this helps some noobs coming to LimeSurvey and using this amazing plugin. LimeSurvey is a FEATURE RICH ENTERPRISE solution and you have to have a certain amount of experience with it to start to see how all of the details works.

Denis, once again, a huge thank you for this plugin, amazing.
