I am struggeling with a question that requires the participants to enter a date.
I would like to have the participants to enter MM/YYYY as two drop downs. But if the participant only know the year I would like to get at least that information.
In the current version I get a error message if only filling out the year and leaving the month blank.
If the question is mandatory, you need to complete it completely. So you probably will have to create your custom validation in the question validation field and check if at least they year has been chose. You won't be able to use the mandatory question feature.

Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
